Board of Directors
ACMS is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the members of the independent Financial Units and other stakeholders. Financial Units are synonymous with existing Departments and Divisions, in most cases.
The Board has the ultimate responsibility for the operation of ACMS. It elects a Chair and Vice Chair and appoints an Executive Committee and other committees and task forces, as it considers appropriate. The Board employs a Chief Operating Officer whose role is to manage the overall operation of ACMS and to implement policies and procedures as recommended by the Board with a team of senior accounting professionals and staff.
